For the 2019 Queen City Youth Conference, we are adjusting our registration process to help us better prepare for the event and to make things a little easier on the groups attending. There is no need to determine in advance how many rooms you will need for the conference. Simply register individuals attending with your group as they confirm to you that they will be attending. It is important to encourage your teens to register as soon as possible as the registration fee will increase as we get closer to the conference. Here is a fee schedule for this year's conference:
January 2, 2019 - April 1, 2019 | $145.00/person
April 2, 2019 - June 1, 2019 | $165.00/person
Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, but rooms do not need to be paid for until June 1, 2019. Once registration closes on June 1, 2019, no one will be allowed to add to their groups.
Everyone attending the Queen City Youth Conference is required to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC. Rooms will be automatically assigned to your group based on the number of male and female attendees that you register. Each room sleeps up to six people, and rooms will be assigned for every six attendees of a specific gender.
If you register twelve people today, and your group includes seven males and five females, you will automatically be assigned 3 rooms--two male rooms and 1 female room.
If you register twelve people today, and your group includes six males and six females, you will automatically be assigned two rooms--one male room and one female room.
The charge for each room is $600. This includes all three nights, hotel taxes and fees, access to the Great Wolf Lodge attractions, and access to the Great Wolf Lodge Conference Center. You do not need to pay anything toward your rooms at the time of registration. Rooms must be paid in full no later than June 1, 2019.
Once you register your individuals, a representative of the QCYC will contact you directly to update you on your room assignments. You will also be periodically updated about necessary payments, rooming lists, and other necessary conference information.
There are two ways that you can pay for your registration fees: credit card or check.
Credit Card: If you would like to use a credit card, simply complete the payment information at the end of the registration form. Please note that the use of a credit card will incur a fee of $3.60 per registration. So, when using a credit card, the individual registration fee will show as $148.60.
Check: In order to avoid the online processing fees, you may elect to mail a check with the total amount of your registration fees. If you choose to mail a check, simply type "CHECK" into the coupon code area of the registration form. Your check must be received within two weeks of your registration submission, or your registration will be cancelled. Refunds: Your registration fees (minus the online processing fee) are fully refundable until April 1, 2019. After April 1, no refunds will be granted for any reason. To receive a refund, please call 704-566-0323, and request to speak with Austin Wright.
