Group registration for the Queen City Youth Conference is a three step process each with it's own deadline. In order for us to properly prepare for the event, it is necessary that groups follow this process. The first step to registering your youth group for the Queen City Youth Conference is to complete the Group Registration form and select the number of rooms you would like to reserve for your group. All rooms are Family Suites and sleep up to 6 people. Each room cost $577 for all three nights. This rate includes all resort fees and applicable taxes. In order to protect our own ministry finances we require a 25% non-refundable deposit for rooms at the time of reservation. The deadline to reserve your rooms at this rate is Friday, March 30, 2018.
Step two is to collect and submit Individual Registration Forms for all teens and adults attending the conference with your group. The registration fee for the conference is $125 per person and includes all services, events, activities, and conference resources. Please note that a $25 non-refundable deposit is required for each person at the time of individual registration. Individual Registration Forms may be submitted to Laurel Baptist Church by either mail or email. The deadline for individuals to register for the conference at this rate is Friday, May 18, 2018. The conference fee for any individual registering after May 5 will be $140.
Final payment for all rooms and registration fees must be submitted to Laurel Baptist Church by Friday, June 15, 2018. Additionally, a detailed rooming list for each group must be submitted by this date. Please email rooming lists to firstname.lastname@example.org.
